MEET ANGIE ALVAREZ
In the last 13 years, I have been responsible for the Human Resources area for international companies. I have more than 20 years of experience for internal and external clients for companies in the hotel industry, call center, technology, industrial, financial services, and insurance. I am the director of HR OPPORTUNITY, the first consultant in Latin America to represent HRCI® - Human Resources Certification Institute, and the facilitator of preparation programs for certification in Latin America. Since 2023, IDC® Institute for Diversity Certification assigned me to train Spanish-speaking professionals for CDP® & CDE® certification levels.
In 2019, I founded the first low-cost recruitment and career company in the world, SCOUTER, which in July 2020 was recognized as a success story on Linkedin.
ABOUT MY PERSONAL LIFE....
I had the blessing of living in Florida, USA 7 wonderful years of my life, and due to some immigration issues, my family and I were deported from the USA back to Perú in 2007 when I was 25 years old. Since then, my journey in my country has been challenging, and fortunately, the internet lets me open business relationships with great institutions that believe in my talent and my purpose in life.
